Encrypted payments on this website

We process this data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps if your inquiry relates to our services). 

We do not use this information for marketing unless you have given separate consent. 

We retain data from the contact form for up to 6 months after resolution of your inquiry, unless further retention is required by law or the inquiry develops into a contractual relationship. 

 

Data transmitted when entering into a contract for online purchases 
If our website provides the option to purchase goods or services online, we will transmit personal data to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill the contract. For example, data may be shared with delivery companies entrusted with shipping goods, or with banks/payment providers entrusted with processing your payment.

The data provided for the newsletter will be used until you unsubscribe, after which it will be deleted unless longer retention is required by law. Data we store for other purposes (e.g., client contracts) remain unaffected. 

 

Plugins and tools 

Google Maps 

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. 

To use Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. 

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of making our website appealing and to facilitate the location of places specified by us on the website. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) of the EU DSGVOGDPR.
